摘要
目的:探讨不同材料及方法用于楔状缺损修复的临床效果。方法:选择402例中度楔状缺损患者183名,楔状缺损深度1-2 mm,仅出现牙本质过敏、无牙髓炎症状。将患牙随机分为3组:A组3M玻璃离子充填组;B组光固化复合树脂充填组;C组3M玻璃离子+光固化复合树脂充填组。随访3-12个月。结果:C组修复成功率86.33%,高于A组77.69%及B组74.44%。C组与A、B两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用玻璃离子和复合树脂夹层技术修复楔状缺损,对于预防术后敏感和降低充填体裂隙率及保持充填体的完整性均有较好的临床疗效。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects in restoration of wedge-shaped defects by different materials and methods. Method: 402 cases of medium-sized wedge-shaped defects of 183 patients' teeth were selected. The depth of the wedge-shaped defect were betwqeen 1 mm to 2 mm. There were only dentin allergy symptoms without symptoms of pulpitis in the cases. The teeth were randomly divided into three groups: group A were restored by 3M glass-ionomer; group B were restored by light-cured composite resin; group C were restored by 3M glass-ionomer + light-cured composite resin. The patients were followed up for 12-18 months. Results: The success rate of group C was 86.33 %,which was significantly higher than 77.69 % of group A(P〈 0.05), and higher than 74.44 % of group B(P 〈0.05). There were statistically significant difference between group C and A, and between group C and B,respectively(P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Sandwich technique with 3M glass-ionomer + light-cured composite resin to repair wedge-shaped defect is an effective therapy in preventing postoperative sensitivity, decreasing the rate of filling body fracture and maintaining the integrity of the filling body.
