Application of Hypothermic Machine Perfusion in Donation After Cardiac Death

摘要 心脏死亡供体是未来缓解器官供需矛盾的一个重要途径,如何评价与修复心脏死亡供体器官的质量至关重要,而器官移植前对供体器官保存的主要方式是机械灌注与静态冷保存,本文围绕低温机械灌注在临床应用与基础研究方面的最新进展进行综述。 Donation after cardiac death provided a new way to solve shortage of donor grafts.It is essential for organ quality how to assess and repair in DCD.The two current approaches to preservation prior to transplantation are machine perfusion and cold storage.The paper overviewed the latest progress for hypothermic machine perfusion in clinical application and basic research.
