摘要
每次突发的重大公共事件,都容易引起公众不同程度的恐慌。文章以山东"疫苗事件"为例,从犯罪分子违法操控、媒体炒作、公众不理性和政府公信力下降等角度剖析了公众恐慌产生的原因,并提出了应对举措即强化政府监管、健全相关机制、加强公众教育。
Each sudden major public events,it is easy to cause the public to varying degrees of panic. The Shandong vaccine events,for example,from the angle of criminal illegal manipulation,speculation in the media,the public rationality and credibility of the government decreased analysis of the public panic produced the reason,and puts forward the measures to deal with strengthening government supervision,improve the relevant mechanisms,to strengthen public education.
