摘要
河南服务业发展总体存在着比重偏小、结构不优、竞争力不强等突出问题。这是由思想认识、体制机制、城镇化发展、人才支撑、区域竞争等多方面原因造成的,但也要看到,无论是外部环境还是内部动因和条件,河南服务业发展正面临着良好机遇。要主动适应经济发展新常态和服务业发展新趋势,围绕国家政策导向和河南自身实际,积极参与国际国内服务业产业分工,以重点产业行业突破带动服务业全面发展,以改革开放激发服务业发展活力,以城镇化带动服务业集群积聚,以创新驱动增强服务业核心竞争力,进一步优化服务业发展布局,强化要素和政策保障,着力打好促进服务业发展的"组合拳",推动河南服务业健康快速发展。
The problems in the development of the service industry in Henan are that the overall market share is too small,the structure not optimal,and the competitiveness not strong enough,which are mainly caused by the ideological understanding,institutional mechanisms,the development of urbanization,talent support,and regional competition and so on. But we can still find that the development of service industry in Henan is facing a good opportunity from both the external environment and internal motivation and conditions. So we should actively adapt ourselves to the new normal of the economic development and the new trend of the development of the service industry; focus on national policy and Henan＇s actual situation to actively participate in the division of labor in the international and domestic service industry; promote the overall development of the service industry with the breakthrough to the key industry; stimulate the vitality for the development of service industry under the guidance of the reform and opening-up policy; promote the accumulation of service industry cluster by urbanization; enhance the core competitiveness of service industry with innovation-driven impetus; further optimize the layout of the development of service industry; strengthen factors concerned and policy support; make good use of the ＂combination＂to promote the healthy and rapid development of the service industry in Henan.
