摘要
以硫酸浸出镍电解一次铁渣和铜冶炼厂回转窑焙烧产出的综合铁渣为原料,并用铁粉置换除铜所得的溶液为料液,用P507萃取剂在硫酸体系中萃取Fe3+。研究结果表明:用V(O)∶V(A)=3∶1的P507(皂化率50%)对p H=2的铁渣浸出液萃取,在室温条件下采用3级逆流萃取,反应10 min后,铁的萃取率能达99.99%;用V(O)∶V(A)=1∶1,8 mol/L的盐酸反萃取含铁的有机相,在室温条件下采用3级逆流萃取,反应15 min后,铁的反萃取率能达92.02%,有机相可以循环利用。
This paper mainly combined disposable nickel electrolytic iron slag leached from sulfuric acid with its overall output roasted in Rotary Kiln of copper smeltery and replaced it with iron, taking decoppering solution as its liquor and extracting Fe3+by P507 extractant in sulfuric acid. The results show that suppose p H of iron slag leaching solution=2,with V(O):V(A)=3∶1 of P507(saponification rate of 50%) tertiary countercurrent extraction at room temperature.When the reaction time comes to 10 minutes, its iron extraction rate can reach 99.99%. When V(O)∶V(A)=1∶1,ferrous organic phase is re-extracted with 8 mol/L hydrochloric acid under room temperature. And 15 minutes later, its iron back-extraction rate can reach 92.02% and organic phase can be recycled.
