社交焦虑障碍患者与正常成人的视觉P_(300)比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:初探社交焦虑障碍视觉P_(300)的特征。方法:应用WJ-1ERP仪,对35例社交焦虑障碍患者和33名健康成年人,进行视觉P_(300)检测。结果:与正常对照组相比,社交焦虑障碍组Cz点P靶潜伏期后移(正常组171±21ms,社交焦虑障碍组189±24ms,t=3.81,P<0.05),P靶波幅降低(正常组6.9±1.7μV,社交焦虑障碍组4.1±1.1μV,t=5.84,P<0.01),P3靶波幅降低(正常组6.1±1.8μV,社交焦虑障碍组4.6±2.3μV,t=2.91,P<0.05),非靶P2波幅降低(正常组3.9±1.0μV,社交焦虑障碍组1.9±0.7μV,t=4.84,P<0.01)。结论:社交焦虑障碍P_(300)变化与合作者课题组以往报道的抑郁症同一趋势,此结果有待于进一步随访。 Objective: To study characteristic of visual event-related potentias(P_(300)) in patients with social anxiety disorder. Methods: With WJ-1ERP Instrument, P_(300) test was carried out in 35 patients with social anxiety disorder and 33 healthy adult controls. Results: Patients with social anxiety disorder had significant delayed P2 latency(NC: 171±21ms, AN: 189±24ms, t=3.81, P〈0.05), decreased P2(NC:6.9±1.7μV, AN:4.1±1.1μV, t=5.84, P〈0.01) and P3(NC:6.1±1.8μV, AN:4.6±2.3μV, t=2.91, P〈0.05) and P2(NC:3.9±1.0μV, AN:1.9±0.7μV, t=4.84, P〈0.01) amplitude of P_(300) than those of the controls at Cz. Conclusion: The characteristics of P_(300) of social anxiety disorder patients deserve further following up.
