摘要
目的探讨骨科康复护理技术在髋关节置换术后的临床应用效果。方法选取2014年12月至2015年12月我院行髋关节置换术的患者88例,随机分为对照组与试验组,各44例。对照组患者行常规护理,试验组患者在常规护理的基础上行骨科康复护理。分析患者经过护理之后的效果及满意度。结果试验组44例患者术后的进食时间、下床时间及患者的住院时间均短于对照组患者(P<0.05);试验组患者的护理满意度(93.18%)高于对照组患者(75.00%),差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髋关节置换术后的患者在常规护理的基础上行骨科康复护理,对患者康复具有重要促进作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing techniques after hip joint replacement. Methods Eighty-eight cases of hip joint replacement patients in our hospital between December 2014 and December 2015 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 44 cases in each group. Patients in the control grop were treated with routine nursing, while patients in the treatment group were implemented with orthopedic rehabilitation nursing in the routine nursing. Then to analyse the clinical effect and the degree of satisfaction after the nursing. Results The times for dieting, postoperative activity and the days of hospital stay of patients in treatment group are shorter than that in control group. The degree of pacients＇ satisfaction in treatment group is higher than that in control group, and the deference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Orthopedic rehabilitation nursing in patients after hip joint replacement can promote patient＇s rehabilitation.
