摘要
提出了基于最小二乘法曲线拟合压力补偿算法模型,主要解决煤矿复杂环境下,激光甲烷传感器测量准确性受管道压力的影响误差较大的问题,通过最小二乘法对其测量结果进行修正及补偿,最大程度的消除压力对激光甲烷传感器在气体浓度测量过程中产生的误差,提高传感器系统运行的稳定性。
This paper proposes curve fitting pressure compensation algorithm model based on least squares method. It mainly solves the large error problem of laser methane sensor affected by pipeline pressure under coal mine complex environment. The least squares method is used for correction and compensation of its measurement results,and to eliminate the pressure error of laser sensor in methane gas concentration measurement process and improve the stability of the sensor system.
