摘要
随着高校扩招,高职高专院校因其学生的特殊性,学生工作面临新挑战,要求高职高专院校学生工作者创新辅导员工作方法,将精细化管理模式引入到学生管理中,用心用情管理。就精细化管理在高职高专学生管理中的必要性进行阐述,并对精细化方式在工作的实践从四个方面加以论述。
With the enlargement of college enrollment,due to the particularity of students of higher vocational colleges,student work faces new challenges. Higher vocational college counsellors,the student workers,are required to invent new methods to work and apply delicacy management into student work with heart and soul. In this article,the necessity of delicacy management in higher vocational colleges is elaborated and the practical method of delicacy management is discussed.
