生产甘氨酸过程中产生的含有氯化铵的工业废水,量大成分复杂,处理难度大,严重影响行业的发展。采用WVR蒸汽机械再压缩技术-双效蒸发工艺处理含有氯化铵的工业废水,具有低能耗、处理效果好、运行稳定、自动化程度高、便于操作等优点,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
The production process of glycine will generate industrial wastewater containing ammonium chloride which is complex in composition with large amount and difficult to be treated, thus greatly affect the development of the whole industry. WVR(Mechanical Vapor Recompression)-double-effect evaporation technology used to treat the industrial wastewater containing ammonium chloride has the advantages of low energy consumption, good treatment effect, stable running, high automation degree, easy operation etc. and also has obvious economic benefits and social benefits.
