摘要
以卤化镍为催化剂,乙炔和正丁醇为原料通过羰基化制备丙烯酸丁酯(BA)。以丙烯酸丁酯收率与选择性为指标,考察了助催化剂、原料配比、反应温度、压力、时间对羰基化反应的影响,得到较优工艺条件:助催化剂选用Cu I、n(乙炔)∶n(正丁醇)=1∶2.5、反应温度200℃、压力6MPa、反应时间2.0h。在该工艺条件下,丙烯酸丁酯收率为67.66%,选择性达到97.41%。
A process was proposed for synthesis of butyl acrylate using acetylene and n-butanol as feedstocks and nickel bro-mide as catalyst. Effects of co-catalysts, the molar ratio of acetylene to n-butanol, reaction temperature, pressure and time on the re-action were investigated. Results show that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows:copper iodide as co-catalyst, acetylene/n-butanol molar ratio of 1/2.5, reaction temperature of 200℃, reaction pressure of 6MPa and reaction time of 2.0h. Under the optimum conditions, the yield and selectivityof butyl acrylate could be up to 67.66%and 97.41%, respectively.
