摘要
目的：探讨无保护会阴助产护理措施对自然分娩产妇的效果。方法：选取2013年1月-2014年12月在我院接受无保护会阴助产护理措施的产妇214例作为观察组;另选取同期在我院实施传统的会阴保护助产的产妇214例作为对照组。观察并比较两种助产模式在产妇自然分娩中的应用效果。结果：两组产妇在产后出血、新生儿窒息、胎儿窘迫、第二产程时间等方面比较均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组产妇会阴侧切会阴裂伤发生率及产后尿潴留发生率均低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用无会阴保护的助产方式,能够有效降低会阴的侧切率,减轻会阴裂伤程度,降低产后尿潴留的发生率,保证产妇生殖健康,促进自然分娩的正常进行。
ObjectiveTo discuss effects of nursing measures of delivery without perineum protection on natural delivery. Methods： Selected 214 cases of mothers who delivered without perineum protection in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 as observation group ; then selected another 214 cases of mothers who delivered with perineum protection in the same period as control group. Application effects of two kinds of delivery modes above on natural delivery were observed and compared. Results ： Compared between mothers from both groups had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05） in terms of postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia, fetal distress and duration of second labor stage. Rates of lateral episiotomy, perineal laceration and postpartum uri-nary retention were lower than those of control group. Compared between both groups had statistical significances （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Delivery without perineum protection can effectively reduce rate of lateral episiotomy, alleviate perineal laceration degree, and decrease rate of postpartum urinary retention, so as to ensure maternal health and promote natural delivery.
