摘要
分别梳理了地方精英与民间权威的概念与脉络,指出地方精英更强调客观支配、民间权威更侧重于本土文化建构的特征。当代乡贤的核心特质,即介于自身的客观支配力与当地人们的主观认定之间,认为乡贤具有由当地特定文化观念体系塑造与建构的特质。从乡村治理的意义上,讨论了乡贤文化与乡贤培育的真正意义,乡贤文化不仅仅是指乡贤本人的嘉言善行,更指的是能够建构或生长出乡贤的本土文化体系。培育乡贤更意味着对乡村社会本土文化观念的尊重、培育与引领,只有这样,才有可能形成乡贤得以生长的文化土壤。
The paper sorts through the conception and research tendency of local elite and folk authority , and points out that local elite emphasizes on objective domination while folk authority pays more attention to local cultural construction .Therefore, the feature of country elite is between objective domination and subjective identity shaped by local specific cultures .In conclusion , the real sense of country elite culture and cultivation based on the rural governance is not only for good words , good actions but for the local cultural system .Besides , respect , cultivate and guide the local culture of rural society forms the culture to country elite cultivation .
