摘要
大直径石英端帽与光纤的熔接是研制高功率传能光缆组件的关键技术之一,本文采用新型的二氧化碳激光作为热源对石英端帽与光纤进行熔接,同时对其性能测试方法进行一定的研究。基本掌握了端帽熔接方法以及工艺,并最终通过了2000W以上的激光功率测试,为高功率传能光缆组件研发奠定了基础。
Fusion of Large diameter quartz end cap and optical fiber is one of the critical technology of manufacturing optical cable assembly conveying high-power laser. We use the new carbon dioxide laser as a heat source for welding of quartz end cap and fiber,at the same time,to take some study in its performance test method. Basically grasp the end cap welding method and process. Finally,through 2000 W laser power measurement,it laid the foundation for development of optical cable assembly conveying high-power laser.
