摘要
目的观察冲击波结合系统康复治疗膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法对36例患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各18例。对照组给予针刺及康复功能训练,观察组给予冲击波结合针刺及康复功能训练,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率优于对照组;两组治疗后血清血沉(ESR)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、Lysholm膝关节功能评分及主要症状平均积分均明显改善(P<0.05),观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冲击波结合系统康复治疗膝关节急性创伤性滑膜炎疗效显著,复发率低,安全可靠。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of shock wave combined with systematic rehabilitation on acute traumatic synovitis in knee joint. Methods： 36 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group,18 cases in each. The control group was given acupuncture and rehabilitation training,while the observation group received shock wave combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation training. Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results： Clinical effective of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）,high sensitivity creactive protein（hs-CRP） level,the Lysholm knee score and average score of main symptoms were significantly improved in the observation group（P〈0.05）,better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Shock wave combined with systematic rehabilitation has an obvious effect on acute traumatic synovitis in knee joint with low recurrence rate,safe,reliable.
