摘要
目的观察胸椎三维定点整复手法结合浮针治疗急性期胸椎小关节紊乱症的临床疗效。方法将120例患者按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组60例,对照组60例。治疗组采用胸椎三维定点整复手法结合浮针治疗;对照组采用奇正消痛贴治疗,治疗6 d后对两组进行疗效评价。结果两组依从性相当(P>0.05);治疗组在改善视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及痉挛评分方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);临床疗效总效有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的71.67%(P<0.05)。结论胸椎三维定点整复手法结合浮针能有效治疗急性胸椎小关节紊乱症,临床疗效确切。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Zhengfu massage on thoracic 3D point combined with superficial needle on acute small joint disorder of thoracic vertebrae. Methods： 120 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 60 cases in the treatment group and 60 in the control group. The patients of the treatment group were given Zhengfu massage on thoracic 3D point and superficial needle therapy,and the control group were given Qizheng pain-relieving paste. 6 days after treatment,the efficacy was evaluated in the two groups. Results： The compliance of the two groups was comparable（P〈0.05）. The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the VAS score and the score of spasm（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.67%,better than 71.67% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zhengfu massage on thoracic3 D point can cure the acute small joint disorder of thoracic vertebrae,and the clinical therapy is reliable.
