摘要
目的分析呼吸道感染患儿病毒检出结果,为临床治疗呼吸道病毒感染提供依据。方法选取2014年6月-2015年8月医院儿科1 237例呼吸道感染住院患儿,采集患儿鼻咽深部分泌物送检,采用直接免疫荧光法进行检测,对检测结果为阳性的患儿年龄构成等因素进行分析。结果 1 237例患儿中有269例呼吸道病毒检测阳性,其阳性率为21.75%;单一病毒感染196例占72.86%,混合病毒感染73例占27.14%;婴幼儿发生感染的例数最多201例占74.72%,呼吸道感染常见病毒分别为呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、流感病毒A(IVA)、腺病毒(ADV)、流感病毒B(IVB)、副流感病毒Ⅰ(PIVⅠ)、副流感病毒Ⅱ(PIVⅡ)、副流感病毒Ⅲ(PIVⅢ),其中146例患儿发生PIVⅢ感染最多占54.28%,其次为呼吸道合胞病毒感染61例占22.68%,小儿呼吸道感染发生率最高的季节在冬季。结论小儿呼吸道病毒感染的主要病毒为PIVⅢ,患儿年龄<3岁、发病在冬季,为呼吸道病毒感染的高发期。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the virus detection results of children with respiratory tract infections,so as to provide evidence for the clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 1237 cases hospitalized due to respiratory tract infections from Jun.2014 to Aug.2015 were selected.The deep nasopharyngeal secretions of the specimens of patients were collected and tested using direct immunofluorescence.The factors including age constitute were analyzed for patients with positive results.RESULTS A total of 269 cases in 1237 cases of children were detected with positive results of respiratory virus test,with the positive rate of 21.75%,including a single virus infection of 196 cases,accounting for 72.86%,and mixed virus infection of 73 cases,accounting for 27.14%.The infant infection had the maximum number of children infection of 201 cases,accounting for 74.72%.The common viruses of respiratory tract infections were respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),influenza virus a(IVA),adenovirus(ADV),influenza virus B(IVB),parainfluenza virusⅠ(PIVⅠ),parainfluenza virusⅡ(PIVⅡ),and parainfluenza virusⅢ(PIVⅢ),in which the most children had parainfluenza virusⅢinfection of 146 cases,accounting for 54.28%,followed by respiratory syncytial virus of 61 cases,accounting for 22.68%.Children had the highest rates of respiratory infections in winter.CONCLUSION The main virus of pediatric respiratory tract infection is PIVⅢ,the age of patients is three years old,and there has a high incidence of respiratory tract infection in winter.
