摘要
安宁疗护作为一项医学人文服务,正日益受到社会大众的关注和医学专家的重视。本文叙述了肿瘤专科护士在安宁疗护工作中所发挥的重要作用,在了解患者信息、协助缓解或改善临终不适症状、心理安慰、尊重患者权利、优死教育及哀伤辅导几个环节中有至关重要意义,提高了临终患者及家属的生活品质。
Hospice care, as a medical humanity service, is attracting increasing attention of the general public and medical experts. This paper describes the important role of nurses in oncology department in hospice care. The nurses＇ role in mastering patient information, helping to alleviate or ameliorate symptoms, providing psychological comfort, respecting patients＇ rights, providing superior death education and grief counseling is significant and can help improve the life quality of dying patients and their families.
