摘要
阐述了电磁卸荷溢流阀的工作原理,建立了电磁卸荷溢流阀自动卸荷和加载过程的数学模型,研究了电磁卸荷溢流阀启闭性能的影响因素,基于AMESim搭建了电磁卸荷溢流阀的仿真模型,分析了控制活塞直径和先导阀入口锥阀芯直径对启闭性能的影响规律,并进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,电磁卸荷溢流阀的启闭性能主要取决于控制活塞直径和先导阀入口锥阀芯直径;控制活塞直径主要影响电磁卸荷溢流阀的加载压力,而卸荷压力主要取决于先导阀入口锥阀芯直径,二者综合影响电磁卸荷溢流阀的切换压力差。
The working principle of the electromagnetic unloading relief valve was expounded,and the mathematical models of its automatic unloading and loading processes were established. Then,the influence factors of its opening and closing performance were studied. Furthermore,a simulation model was built based on AMESim,and the influences of the diameter of the control piston and the diameter of cone valve of pilot valve inlet on the opening and closing performance were analyzed by simulation. At last,the experimental research was conducted,and the results show that the opening and closing performance of the electromagnetic unloading relief valve depends mainly on the diameter of the control piston and the diameter of cone valve of pilot valve inlet. The diameter of control piston mainly affects the loading pressure of electromagnetic unloading relief valve,while the loading pressure largely depends on the diameter of cone valve of pilot valve inlet. Therefore,they have combined effects on the switching pressure difference of the electromagnetic unloading relief valve.
