摘要
采用SWOT分析法,项目组全面分析四川中药材种子种苗繁育基地建设发展现状的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁等四个方面进行全面分析,该基地在"科学研究、基地建设与社会服务"三位一体的指导思想下,创建了"边建设、边科研、边推广"的工作思路,初步形成了基地中药材种子种苗"供应有保障、科研有转化、企业有产品、产品有市场、市场有反馈"的良性发展模式。四川基地通过合理建设布局、搭建平台、坚持市场化运作措施等手段尝试开展了中药材种子种苗的规范化生产与经营,从源头上提高中药材的品质、稳定中药材的质量,进而推动四川中药资源的可持续利用。
The author analyzes the advantage, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the Chinese herbal medicine seed seedlings breeding base with the method of SWOT. Then, under the guidance of ＂scientific research, the base construction, and social service＂, the work idea of ＂ constructing, researching, and promoting＂ was created. The preliminary development of ＂ guaranteed supplication, company producing, production sales, and market feedback ＂ wasdeveloped. Then, the base can produced and be managed through the rational constructional layout, constructing platform,＂ persisting the market-operation. So the quality of the medicine can be improved and stabilized, which can promote the sustainable development of the traditional Chinese medicine resources.
