介绍了筏板基础与单桩基础沉降计算方法,结合杭州地铁某车站附属结构与上部物业开发合建工程,探讨了地铁车站与开发地块建筑共建的差异沉降控制技术,以确保地铁运营阶段不出现因沉降差过大而导致房屋开裂现象的发生。
The paper introduces the settlement calculation methods for the raft foundation and single piles, explores the differential settlementcontrolling technique of metro stations and development buildings by combining with the auxiliary structures and upper property development projectsat some station of Hangzhou Metro Station, so as to ensure no settlement caused by the oversized differential settlement which will lead tocracks on houses in the subway operation stage.
