PSPC标准对我国中小型LNG船涂装影响分析及应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过着重研究船舶行业《所有类型船舶专用海水压载舱和散货船双舷侧处所保护涂层性能标准》(PSPC新标准)对我国中小型船舶涂装技术管理、技术标准与工艺、涂装材料和设备和人员技能方面存在的问题,继而对我国中小型LNG船舶涂装目前状况进行调研,对比其与PSPC标准之间的差距,进而发现其中存在的问题及影响,并提出达到PSPC标准的难点及其相应对策。本论文的研究以船舶公司的利益为出发点,对PSPC新标准进行深入的分析,为船舶公司取得成功提供了技术依据和理论支撑。 The paper studies the influence of "Performance Sandard for Protective Coatings of Dedicated Seawater Ballast Tanks in All Types of Ships and Double-side Skin Spaces of Bulk Carriers" (PSPC) to the technology management, technical standards and processes, coating materials and equipment and professional skills. Some problems and its affect have been found through the investigation. Further to research the small and medium-sized LNG ship painting carried out at present in our country and compare with the PSPC standard gap, finding the problems and difficulties of the influence, then come up with its which can satisfy the PSPC standard. This research from the enterprise interests, through study the PSPC new standards, get the opportunity to win precious time and provides the powerful technical support and theoretical basis.
