超声萤火虫成像技术对乳腺肿块的诊断价值 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨超声萤火虫成像技术对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法对92例乳腺肿块患者进行常规二维超声检查,记录图像数据,观察肿块的边界。采用萤火虫技术观察患者肿块内微钙化的情况,记录微钙化的数目。分别应用萤火虫技术及联合二维超声技术对肿块进行初步诊断,诊断结果与病理结果进行对照。结果单独应用萤火虫技术诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度为0.800,特异度为0.692;二维超声中边界与萤火虫成像技术联合诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度为0.905,特异度为0.920。2条ROC曲线的曲线下面积和95%量信区间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论萤火虫成像技术对乳腺肿块的诊断具有一定价值,与二维超声联合诊断价值更高。 Objective To assess the application value of MicroPure imaging technology in ultrasonic diagnosis of breast tumor microcalcification.Methods 92 patients with breast tumor were examined with high frequency ultrasound,observing tumor size,shape,boundary status and internal echo,and then applying MicroPure imaging technology to observe the tumor microcalcification and record its morphology,distribution and arrangement.Results The sensitivity and specificity of MicroPure imaging technology alone diagnosing of breast lumps were 0.800 and 0.692,while the sensitivity and specificity of combined two-dimensional ultrasound imaging technology were 0.905 and 0.920.There were significant differences between the two technology in comparison of the ROC curves(P〈 0.05).Conclusion MicroPure imaging technology had the advantage in detection of microcalcification in breast tumor,and combined diagnosis brought out more value to discover breast cancer.
