摘要
通过对汽车送风机前罩壳的结构特征进行分析,并依据注塑成型原理对结构进行了分类处理,针对其侧孔、侧凹较多且脱模困难的特点,采用了滑块分区、顶块+顶针联合顶出以及小型芯镶件等设计思路,实现了汽车送风机前罩壳的整体成型。同时,采用直接浇注方式、镶件孔隙排气、管道+水井冷却方式、4个侧面滑块脱模机构、3个顶杆+顶块顶出机构及其余辅助顶针等多种新型设计方式,并通过合理的设计优化,有效解决了产品多抽芯位成型困难的问题,保证了模具的设计质量。
Through the analysis of structural features for the blower front housing of the car, and done a classification of structure features for the product that based on the principle of injection molding , aimed at their characteristics were amount of side hole and undercut that therefor demoulding was difficulty. A slider partition, the ejecting block + ejectors and a small core design ideas, etc. , were used to achieve the overall molding for the automotive the blower front housing, while used direct gating system, inserts core exhaust ,pipe cooling + well, the four sides of the slider demoulding mechanism, three ejector + ejecting block and the rest of the secondary ejection mechanism and other new design approach, and through rational design optimization, an effective solution to the multi-core pulling molded product difficult issues to ensure that the design quality of the mold.
