摘要
目的总结刘光珍教授运用清热利湿、活血消癥法治疗慢性肾脏病(Chronic Kidney Disease,CKD)的诊疗思路与方法,以便为中医临床治疗和中药药理研究提供理论依据。方法分析刘光珍教授治疗慢性肾脏病(Chronic Kidney Disease,CKD)的临床经验,从辨证论治和遣方用药等方面总结治疗慢肾风-肾微癥瘕的思路与方法。结果本法在治疗慢肾风-肾微癥瘕方面确有其独特疗效。结论本法在治疗慢肾风-肾微癥瘕方面具有较好的临床疗效和研究价值。
Objective To summarize the diagnosis and treatment idea and method of Professor Liu Guangzhen in the treatment of chronic kidney disease（ CKD） with clearing heat and promoting diuresis and activating blood circulation for eliminating zheng,and to provide basis for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine pharmacological research. Method Clinical experience of Professor Liu Guangzhen in the treatment of CKD clinical experience was summarized from the aspects of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and the clinical treatment idea and method of chronic kidney wind and kidney micro zhengjia was summarized. Results This therapy in the treatment of chronic kidney wind and kidney micro zhengjia had its unique curative effect. Conclusion This therapy in the treatment of chronic kidney wind and kidney micro zhengjia had better clinical curative effect and research value.
