摘要
目的探讨上消化道穿孔患者在保守治疗过程中的护理措施。方法深入分析2015年3-8月,我科收治的32例上消化道穿孔患者的临床资料,在严格执行医疗方案的同时,制定严密的护理措施并落实。结果经过保守治疗和有效的护理措施,保守治疗成功29例,中转手术3例,无死亡病例。结论在上消化道穿孔保守治疗中,及时有效的护理措施对促进患者康复,缩短住院时间起着重要的作用。
Objective To explore the nursing measures about patients with upper gastrointestinal tract perforation for conservative treatment. Methods Indepth analysis of the clinical data of 32 cases of patients with gastrointestinal in our hospital from March to August 2015. To develop and implement strict nursing measures in addition to the strict implementation of medical programs. Results After conservative treatment and effective nursing measures,there were 29 successful cases and 3 cases of transferring operation,no death cases. Conclusion In the conservative treatment for upper gastrointestinal perforation,timely and effective care measures plays an important role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients and shorter hospital stay.
