摘要
目的:观察斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液配合三维适形放疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效。方法:治疗组45例用三维适形放疗的同时加用斑蝥酸钠注射液静脉滴注,对照组45例仅用三维适形放疗,30d为1个疗程。结果:2组有效率比较无显著差异;治疗组患者生活质量较对照组提高更明显,放射性肺炎、骨髓抑制的发生率较对照组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义。结论:斑蝥酸钠维生素B6注射液联合三维适形放疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌能减少放疗引起的放射性肺炎和骨髓抑制,明显改善肿瘤患者的生活质量。
Objective： To observe banmaosuanna injection combined with three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy for elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Method： 45 cases in the treatment group used three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy as well as banmaosuanna intravenous injection, while 45 cases in the comparison group only used three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Result： The total efficiency of the two groups showed no significant difference. In addition, the quality of life of patients in the treatment group was improved much higher than that in the comparison group. Besides, the incidence of radiation pneumoniti and bone marrow suppression in the treatment group was reduced more significantly than in the comparison group. Conclusion： Banmaosuanna injection combined with three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy for elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer can not only reduce the incidence of radiation pneumoniti and bone marrow suppression but also improve the quality of life of the patients obviously.
