基于故障录波的变压器绕组变形在线监测

摘要 变压器故障对电力系统危害极大,而离线检修造成大量人力、物力和财力的浪费,因此研究基于故障录波信号的变压器绕组变形在线监测技术和设备具有重要意义。分析漏电感与变压器绕组变形的关系,将基于漏电感的变压器方程和递推最小二乘法用于漏电感参数辨识,利用潍坊供电公司某变电站1号主变的现场故障录波数据,在线仿真验证了基于故障录波的变压器绕组变形在线监测理论的正确性和现场可操作性。 The transformer malfunction has a great harm for the power system, and the off-line maintenance of transformer causes a great deal of manpower, materials and financial resources. Therefore, the research of on-line monitoring technology and equipment of transformer winding deformation based on fault recorder are of great significance. In this paper, the relationship between leakage inductance and transformer deformation is discussed. The equation of leakage inductance and the recursive least squares algorithm are employed on leakage inductance parameter identification. The validity and operability of fault-recorder based on-line monitoring technology of transformer winding deformation are simulated on-line using the on-site recorded fault date of the No.1 transformer of a substation in Weifang.
