摘要
石油磺酸盐作为表面活性剂在弱碱三元复合体系中使用较多,但石油磺酸盐中未磺化油含量较高,存在一定的弊端,因此在弱碱三元复合体系中由烷基苯磺酸盐替代石油磺酸盐会成为一种必然趋势。在室内对8种不同疏水基烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂与区块原油进行界面性能评价,通过变化酸值和碳链的长度2项指标观察其对界面张力的影响。研究发现碳链的长度与原油间存在一定的匹配关系,酸值对界面张力影响不大。在确定与原油匹配的表面活性剂基础上,研究了取代基个数与界面张力的关系,通过复配后体系与原油间界面张力的变化分析了相对分子量对界面张力的影响规律。
As the petroleum sulfonate surfactant is widely used in WASP.Because of the high content of oil in the petroleum sulfonate,there exist some disadvantages.It is the inevitable trend to substitute the petroleum sulfonate with alkyl benzene sulfonate in WASP.The interface performance of eight different hydrophobic alkyl benzene sulfonate surfactants and oil in the block is evaluated,the effects of different acid values and the carbon chain lengthes on interfacial tension are observed.It is pointed out that there is a certain matching relationship between the length of the carbon chain and the crude oil,the interfacial tension is less affected by acid value.On the basis of determining the surfactant matching with the crude oil,the relationship between the number of substituent groups and the range of the interfacial activity is studied.The influence of molecular weight on the interfacial tension range is analyzed through the change of the interface tension between the system and the crude oil.
