摘要 目的探讨回授法在脑卒中患者和家属健康宣教中的效果。方法采用回授法对61例脑卒中患者和77名家属进行健康宣教,评价健康宣教过程中患者和家属对相关知识的掌握情况。结果 47.8%~73.2%的患者和家属在护士首次宣教新知识或展示新技能后完全理解,在实行回授法第2、3步后完全理解的患者和家属分别为21.0%~44.9%和5.8%~15.2%。结论回授法有助于患者和家属掌握相关知识,可以在健康宣教中进一步推广使用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of teach-back method in health education for stroke patients.Methods Sixty-one stroke patients and 77 relatives were taught by using teach-back method. Their mastery of relevant knowledge was evaluated in the process of health education. Results 47.8%~73.2% of the patients and relatives completely understood the knowledge and skills after education or demonstrating new skills at the first time.21.0% ~44.9% and 5.8% ~15.2% of them grasped the knowledge and skills after the second and the third teach-back step,respectively. Conclusion Teach-back method facilitates patients and relatives to grasp relevant knowledge,which can be further promoted in health education.
