摘要
本研究以湖北省审定的优良杂交棉品种KBQS01(F1)为基础材料,自然授粉收获得到F2群体,然后通过混选混收,衍生出F3~F5等不同世代的育种群体。对4个不同世代的育种群体,分别进行优株选择和随机选择,再衍生出两种类型的后代株行。2012年采用拉丁方试验设计,对F2~F5等不同世代群体进行产量及主要性状比较,结果表明混选混收的不同世代群体间产量差异不显著。2013年对两种方法选择的后代株行,按间比法进行试验,结果表明优株选择对提高衣分、皮棉产量、改良纤维品质和降低株高等方面有积极作用,而且优株选择株行间仍保持较大变异性。株高、衣分和纤维长度等性状适宜在早期世代进行选择,皮棉产量、果枝数、单株结铃数、单铃重和马克隆值等性状适宜在高世代进行选择。
F2population derived from the hybrid cotton KBQS01( F1) which was authorize in Hubei Province by natural pollination. Through mixed selection and mixed harvest method,the F3~ F5 breeding populations with different generations were built. Certain single plants were selected from the four breeding populations by two methods,i. e,excellent plant selection and random plant selection. The yield and main character of F2~ F5 breeding populations were compared using Latin square design in 2012,the results showed that the yield of four populations had no significant difference. The comparison test of progeny lines from different single plants were conducted using inter- contrast design in 2013. The result indicated that excellent plant selection had positive effects on liot yield,lint percentage,and fiber qualities with maintaining a large variation. Plant height,lint percentage and fiber length were suitable for selection in early generations,but the traits of lint yield,fruiting branch numbers,boll numbers,boll weight,and the fiber micronaire value were suitable for selection in advanced generations.
