饲粮中添加黄腐酸对生长肥育猪抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 文章旨在研究饲粮中添加不同剂量的黄腐酸(fulvic acid,FA)对生长肥育猪抗氧化性能的影响。选取平均体重(30.0±2.5)kg的长大二元杂种生长猪180头,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复6头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.2%、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%FA。当试验猪平均体重达90 kg时结束饲养试验。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加0.4%FA显著提高猪血清中总抗氧化能力(P〈0.05);添加0.6%FA显著提高猪血清和肝脏中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P〈0.05);添加0.4%和0.6%FA显著提高猪血清中超氧化物歧化酶活性(P〈0.05);添加0.2%、0.4%和0.6%FA猪血清中丙二醛含量均显著降低(P〈0.05),且添加0.4%FA显著降低猪肌肉中丙二醛含量(P〈0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,饲粮中添加0.4%~0.6%的FA有利于提高生长肥育猪的抗氧化性能。 The objective of the study was to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation with different dose of FA(fulvic acid) on antioxidation in growing-finishing pigs. A total of 180 crossbred(Landrace ×Yorkshire) pigs with an average body weight(30.0 ±2.5) kg were randomly allotted to five treatment groups with six pens per treatment and six pigs in per pen. The pigs were given a basal maize-soybean meal diet supplemented with0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, or 0.8% FA, respectively. When the pigs were weighted at the average weight of 90 kg, the trial was the end. The result showed as follows: compared with control group, the activities of T-AOC, GSH-Px and SOD in serum, liver and muscle tissue were high in FA diets treatments groups. When pigs were slaughter,there was significant difference(P〈0.05) for activity of T-AOC in the serum, and the activity of GSH-Px of serum and liver tissue were higher(P〈0.05) in pigs fed 0.6% FA diet. The activity of SOD of serum in pigs fed 0.4%and 0.6% FA diets had a significantly difference(P〈 0.05). Compared with control groups, inclusion of 0.2%,0.4% and 0.6% FA groups were decreased(P〈0.05) significantly in the content of MDA in serum of 90 kg pigs.In conclusion, dietary supplementation with fulvic acid can, to some extent, improve function of antioxidation in growing-finishing pigs. Overall, 0.4%~0.6% FA had more beneficial effects than other doses in the growing-finishing pigs.
