摘要
矢量传感器可以共点、同步测量振速、加速度等矢量信息,且具有一定的噪声抑制能力,具有重要的应用价值。铒镱共掺双偏振光纤激光器可用于实现易解调、结构小巧、易于复用、高灵敏度的光纤传感器,且不需复杂的解调方案。针对此类传感器,提出一种加速度传感器结构,通过限制质量块的横向位移,实现了一种双频干涉型光纤激光加速度矢量传感器。除具有双偏振光纤激光器的一系列优点外,该传感器还具有良好的"8"字形指向性,并在1 kHz以下具有平坦的频率响应特性,对后续双频干涉型光纤矢量传感器的研制具有重要的指导意义。
Vector sensors show great value in various applications because they can synchronously measure vector information such as vibration velocity,acceleration and so on in a single place with a certain level of ability for noise suppression.Erbium/Ytterbium co-doped fiber lasers can be employed to implement miniature,multiplexing friendly and highly sensitive fiber sensors without the need for complicated demodulation schemes.For such kind of sensors,an accelerometer structure is proposed,which realizes a dual frequency interference based fiber grating laser vector sensor for acceleration through restrictions of the transversal movement of the mass in the structure.Besides those merits possessed by dual-polarization fiber lasers,it shows quite good directional characteristics in '8' shape with flat frequency response below1 kHz,which presents an important reference for implementations of dual frequency interference based fiber vector sensors.
