摘要
利用正交试验研究了影响铝-铝感应钎焊的因素,并利用极差分析对各影响因素进行比较,得到了影响铝-铝感应钎焊焊接质量的主要因素为装配间隙、钎料种类和焊接位置。利用拉伸试验机对钎焊接头的抗拉强度进行了测试,并利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等手段对铝-铝感应钎焊和铝-铝火焰钎焊的钎缝区微观组织进行了研究和对比,证明了感应钎焊的钎焊接头性能优于火焰钎焊的钎焊接头的性能。
By using orthogonal test,the influencing factors on aluminum-aluminum induction brazing process were studied and compared with range analysis,and the main influencing factors on aluminum-aluminum induction brazing are assembly clearance,brazing and welding position. The tensile strength of brazed joint was tested by the tensile testing machine. The microstructures of aluminum-aluminum induction brazed joint and the aluminum-aluminum flame brazed joint were studied and compared by using metallurgical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and other means. The results indicted that the brazed joints of induction brazing is better than that of flame brazing.
