摘要
目的:观察穴位贴敷联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:符合纳入标准95例临床确诊为糖尿病周围神经病变的患者,随机分成治疗组、安慰组和对照组。在常规西医控制血糖血脂治疗的基础上,给予硫辛酸静脉滴注,治疗组加用穴位贴敷治疗,安慰组给予安慰剂穴位贴敷治疗,治疗4周后比较三组患者的临床疗效、中医症状积分及TCSS评分变化情况。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组及安慰组(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后的中医症状积分症状积分明显高于安慰组和对照组,具差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后TCSS评分明显高于安慰组及对照组,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:穴位敷贴治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有一定效果。
Objective： To compare the differences in the therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy between the combined therapy of acupoint application with alpha lipoic acid and only acupoint application. Methods： 95 patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into three groups. Under the satisfactory control of blood glucose and blood lipids,all the patients were dripped by alpha lipoic acid. In addition,the treatment group was given acupoint Application and the comfort group was given acupoint application with comfort drug. After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical effect,TCM symptom score and TCSS score were measured in three groups. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the placebo group（ P 〈0. 01）. TCM symptom score in the treatment group was better than that in the placebo group and control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The TCSS score in the treatment group was better than that in the placebo group and the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupoint application has a clinically significant efficacy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
