摘要
七氟烷属于现阶段临床常用的一种吸入麻醉药,在麻醉诱导、麻醉维持中均有重要作用、七氟烷因在小儿全麻诱导中安全性高,且具有麻醉诱导快、血气分配系数低、麻醉深度易调节等优势,临床应用范围广泛,引起了人们关注,本文主要对七氟烷不同吸入深度在小儿全麻诱导中的应用进行了综述。
Sevoflurane is a commonly used clinical inhalation anesthetics at the present stage, with great significance in anesthesia induction and anesthesia maintenance.Sevoflurane bears the advantages of high safety, quick anesthesia induction, low blood air partition coefficient, and easy regulation of anesthesia depth.Its wide range of clinical application has aroused great attention.The paper mainly summarizes the application of Sevoflurane with different inhalation depth in general anesthesia induction of children.
