经典三叉神经痛治疗研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 经典三叉神经痛(CTN)是临床最常见的神经痛。临床表现为严格局限于三叉神经分布区域内的发作性闪电样疼痛,突发突止,刺激面部某些区域常可诱发疼痛发作,部分患者在发作性疼痛的基础上伴有持续性轻到中度的背景疼痛。近年来,随着对其发病机制认识的深入,CTN的治疗有了较大的进展,本文对CTN治疗的研究进展进行综述。
