摘要
目的了解上海市专科护士发展现状,为构建上海市专科护士培养与管理方案提供参考依据。方法采用焦点团体访谈法对11名上海市医疗、管理及护理专家进行访谈,运用Colaizzi分析法对资料进行整理和分析。结果通过阅读、分析、反思、分类和提炼,得出3个一级主题和10个二级主题。结论应根据上海市护理人才发展现状,围绕岗位说明、管理与使用、培训体系3个维度,探索可行的上海市专科护士培养与管理方案。
Objective To investigate the current status of specialty nurses in Shanghai, so as to provide reference for the training and management scheme of specialty nurses in Shanghai. Methods Eleven medical, management and nursing experts were interviewed by the method of focus group interview. Colaizzi a- nalysis method was used for data collection and analysis. Results Through reading, analysis, reflection, classification, and refining, three major themes and ten sub - themes were obtained. Conclusion Feasible Shanghai specialist nurse training and management scheme around 3 dimensions of post description, manage- ment and use and training system should be explored according to Shanghai nursing talent training and development.
