摘要
采用超声波在富锂锰正极材料表面包覆MnO_2。用X射线衍射和扫描电镜对样品进行了表征,并设计软包电池测试材料的电化学性能。研究表明:超声波包覆MnO_2的富锂锰正极材料能提高材料首次放电效率,达96.4%。此外,低温-20和-40℃的放电效率分别为66.9%和6.7%,低温-20和-40℃的恢复率为103.5%和102.2%。
The surface modification of Li-rich layered cathode material with MnO2 was studied by ultrasonic wave.Samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that the sample surface modification with MnO2 by ultrasonic wave can improve the material first discharge efficiency,reaching 96.4%. In addition, the discharge efficiency reaches 66.9% and 6.7% at low temperature of-20 and-40℃, and the recovery rate is 103.5% and 102.2% at low temperature of-20 and-40 ℃, respectively.
