摘要
为了降低矿山生产经营成本,基于双基点法与层次分析法,建立了采场结构参数优化的综合评价模型。在技术实施可行的前提下,从经济合理的角度出发,选取单位凿岩成本、单位爆破成本、单位铲运成本、单位人工成本、安全稳定性5个评价指标,建立基于层次分析双基点法的数学模型,综合评价结果显示分段高度、进路间距以及崩矿步距最优参数组合为20m×17 m×3.5 m,矿山实践证明,该参数有利于矿山安全经济高效生产。
In order to reduce the cost of production and operation in mine,a comprehensive evaluation model for optimizing stope structure parameters was established based on the TOPSIS and AHP.Under the premise of feasible technology implementation,the evaluation model selected unit drilling cost,unit blasting cost,unit transmitting cost,unit labor cost and safe stability as the evaluation indicators from reasonable and economic perspective.The comprehensive evaluation results showed that the sublevel height of 20 m,the access space of 17 mand the caving interval of 3.5 mcombined into the best parameters.Mining practices proved that the parameters were beneficial for the safe,economic and efficient production.
