摘要
目的分析卡前列素氨丁三醇在产后出血患者中的应用价值。方法选取在我院2014年8月-2015年10月收治的产后出血患者临床资料44例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为实验组与对照组,每组均为22例。对照组应用缩宫素治疗,实验组应用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。结果实验组产后1 h、1 d出血量少于对照组（P〈0.05）,实验组的总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇在产后出血患者中的应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the value of the application of carboprost tromethamine in the postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 44 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from August 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the research object, according to the order of admission were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 22 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oxytocin, and the experimental group was treated with the method of carboprost tromethamine. Results The experimental group postpartum 1 h, 1 d bleeding is far less than the control group（P〈0.05）, the total effective rate of the experimental group is much higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application value of carboprost tromethamine in the postpartum hemorrhage is high.
