摘要
目的探析膀胱癌患者腹腔镜下根治性膀胱切除术治疗的临床效果。方法选择2010年2月-2011年2月我院收治的膀胱癌患者92例为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为两组,其中给予对照组开放性手术治疗,而观察组则运用腹腔镜下根治性膀胱切除术治疗,对两组的手术效果进行比较分析。结果相比较对照组而言,观察组的术后并发症发生率较低,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;同时,两组在住院时间、进食时间、出血量以及平均生存时间等方面比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床上运用腹腔镜下根治性膀胱切除术对膀胱癌患者进行治疗,具有疗效好、并发症少、出血量少等诸多优点。
Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection of bladder cancer in patients with bladder cancer. Methods 92 cases patients with bladder cancer were chosen as the research object from February 2010 to February 2011 in our hospital, the randomly divided into two groups, which were given to control group, open surgical treatment, while the observation group used laparoscopic radical cystectomy were treated. The clinical effect of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, observation group, the postoperative complication rate is low, inter group significant differences（P 0.05）, at the same time, the two groups at the time of hospitalization, eating time, bleeding volume and mean survival time are statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application of laparoscopic radical resection of bladder cancer patients for bladder cancer treatment, with good efficacy, fewer complications, less bleeding, and many other advantages.
