摘要
为了研究锂渣聚丙烯纤维混凝土的力学性能,采用乌鲁木齐地区常用原材料,配制16组不同锂渣取代率和聚丙烯纤维掺量的混凝土试件,进行了立方体抗压试验、轴心抗压试验、劈裂抗拉试验和抗折试验。试验结果表明:锂渣取代率为20%,聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.9 kg/m^3时,试件的抗压强度和抗折强度比普通混凝土分别提高了11.3%和20.6%;聚丙烯纤维掺量为1.2 kg/m^3时,试件的劈裂抗拉强度比普通混凝土提高了38.9%。
In order to study the mechanical properties of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete containing lithium slag,16 groups of concrete specimens with different replacement rates of lithium slag and different contents of polypropylene fiber were made by common materials in Urumqi. The cube compressive strength,axial compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength were tested. The results show that when the replacement rate of lithium slag is 20% and the content of polypropylene fiber is 0. 9 kg / m^3,the compressive strength and the flexural strength are improved by 11. 3% and 20. 6% respectively than that of the ordinary concrete. When the content of polypropylene fiber is 1. 2 kg / m^3,the splitting tensile strength is improved by 38. 9% than that of the ordinary concrete.
