摘要
以建平膨润土为原料,采用半干法对其进行钠化改型研究。通过对Na_2CO_3用量、补加水量、挤压方式和挤压次数进行考察,确定了最佳钠化改型实验条件。并利用X射线衍射(XRD)对钠化前后膨润土进行表征。结果表明,改型后的膨润土较原土球团性能有大幅提高,可满足冶金球团用膨润土的要求。
The bentonite is used as raw material which is sodium-modified by semi-dry method. The modification effects of Na2CO3 dosage, additional water, extrusion methods and extrusion times are studied. Further more, X-ray diffraction(XRD) was adopted to analyze the raw ore and sodium-modified bentonite. The result shows that the modified bentonite has better pellet performance than raw ore and it can meet the requirements of pellet.
