摘要
目的对医院老年专职陪护中存在的伦理问题进行初步调查，并对其原因进行分析。方法选择2015年6至10月在本院住院的300例老年患者作为研究对象，通过自行设计的调查问卷获得医院专职陪护在老年陪护过程中的伦理问题。结果住院患者对专职陪护的伦理需求均很高，排在前三位的分别为：老年患者知情同意需求程度[（4．76±0．43）分]、遵循医护人员的告知需求程度[（4．73±0．45）分1、老年患者隐私保护需求程度[（4．67±0．59）分]。而老年患者对专职陪护的满意度却不高，满意度后三位分别为：清洁卫生需求程度[（2．29±0．48）分]、工作积极性需求程度[（2．32±0．57）分]、沟通交流需求程度[（2．96±0．52）分]。结论提高对老年专职陪护的伦理需求满意度是老年住院患者的迫切要求，对其原因分析有助于专职陪护人员陪护工作的改进，从而进一步促进患者的康复。
Objective To investigate the ethic problems of full-time accompany nursing for elderly patients at hospital and to analyze the reasons. Methods 300 elderly patients hospitalized into our hospital from June to October, 2015 were selected as study objects. Self-disigned questionnaire was used to investigate the ethic problems of full-time accompany nursing. Results The ethic need of full-time accompany nursing in inpatients was high; the top three were informed consent, follow the paramedics comment, and privacy protection. However, the satisfaction of elderly inpatients to full-time accompany nursing was low; the last three were cleaning and washing, job activity, and communication. Conclusions To improve the satisfaction of ethic is the need of elderly inpatients; the full-time accompany nursing job can be improve analyzing the reasons and promote the patients recaovery.
