摘要
采用橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)研究环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)与白炭黑的界面作用,考察了反应条件和外加硅烷偶联剂对白炭黑-ENR界面反应的影响。结果表明,通过100%应变下弹性模量G’随时间的变化曲线,能够反映ENR与白炭黑的界面化学作用;温度对ENR与白炭黑之间的界面作用有很大影响,而剪切频率的影响较小;与氨基相比,巯基与环氧基的反应活性更高,KH-590能够有效地增强白炭黑-ENR的界面作用,并使ENR/白炭黑母胶的Payne效应减弱。
The interface interaction between epoxidized natural rubber (ENR) and silica was investigated using a rubber process analyzer (RPA), and thc effect of the reaction conditions and the added silane coupling agents on the ENR-silica interfacial reaction was studied. Results show that the curve of elasticity modulus G' versus time under 100 % strain can be associated with the interracial chemical interaction between ENR and silica. Reaction temperature has a great influence on the interface interaction, while the affect of shear frequency is small. Comparing with amino group, thiol group has a higher reactivity with epoxy, and so that KH-590 is more effective in improving the ENR-silica interface interaction, which subsequently weakens the Payne effect of ENR/silica masterbatch.
