摘要
微囊化技术系利用高分子材料或共聚物将固态或液态药物包裹成微型胶囊的过程。分析总结中药微囊制剂的制备工艺及其特点,综述微囊化技术在中药新剂型研究中的应用,展望其在中药制剂现代化中的应用前景。
Microencapsulation techniques are processes in which solid or liquid drugs surrounded by coating polymer materials or copolymer to form microcapsules.In this paper,the preparation technology and characteristics of the Chinese traditional medicine microcapsule preparation were discussed,and the application of microcapsule techniques in the research of new type of Chinese medicine were reviewed.Also the application prospect of the techniques in the modernization of Chinese traditional medicine were prospected.
