摘要
【目的】为了研究瑞香狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme L.)根的杀螨活性物质基础。【方法】采用多种色谱技术从瑞香狼毒根部萃取物中的乙酸乙酯部分分离到1个黄酮类化合物,利用核磁共振技术和质谱对其进行结构鉴定,并采用玻片浸渍法测定其对朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus B.)的触杀毒性。【结果】确定了其化学结构为狼毒色原酮(1)。其对朱砂叶螨的半致死浓度(LC50)为3.53 mg/m L。【结论】与阳性对照药克螨特LC50的0.86 mg/m L相比,其杀螨活性中等偏弱,作为主成分之一的狼毒色原酮具有杀螨活性,这一结果对于瑞香狼毒杀螨剂的进一步开发具有积极意义。
【Objective】To investigate acaricidal active substances from the root of Stellera chamaejasme L.【Methods】One flavonoid was obtained from ethyl acetate extract,and identified by mass spectrometry( MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance( NMR) spectrum.The contact toxicity of the flavonoid against Tetranychus cinnabarinus was detected using slide method.【Results】It was identified as chamechromone( 1) by analysing its chemical structures and,the median lethal concentration( LC50) of the flavonoid against T. cinnabarinus was 3. 53 mg / m L.【Conclusion】Comparing with the positive control LC50 value of 0. 86 mg / m L in propargite,the acaricidal activity of chamechromone is obviously moderate. However,it still has positive promotion for the development of botanical acaricide due to its high content in roots of S. chamaejasme.
