摘要
目的:观察振腹对糖尿病前期患者的疗效及其作用机制。方法:选择2015年1月至2016年6月期间就诊于北京中医药大学东方医院的糖尿病前期患者64例,分为观察组、对照组,每组32例。对照组无特殊干预措施,观察组予振腹治疗,均干预12周,分析各组患者血糖、胰岛素及HOMA2指标变化。结果:治疗后,观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)及空腹胰岛素(FINS)下降值显著高于对照组(P<0.01);孤立的空腹血糖受损(i-IFG)及孤立的葡萄糖耐量异常(i-IGT)经振腹治疗均可显著提高患者胰岛素敏感性指数(HOMA2-%S)、降低患者胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA2-IR)(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:振腹疗法可以显著降低糖尿病前期患者FPG及2hPG水平,其中对2hPG降低更为显著,其机制可能在于振腹治疗可以改善患者胰岛素抵抗水平,提高机体胰岛素敏感性。
Objective: To study on the effect and mechanism of vibrating abdomen on prediabetic patients. Methods: A total of 64 cases of prediabetic patients from January 2015 to June 2016 in Dongfang Hospital Aftiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicin were divided into control group and observation group, with 32 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with vibrating abdomen for 12 weeks, analysis the changes of blood glucose, insulin and HOMA2 in each group. Results: The decrease of fasting plasma glucose(FPG) and 2 h blood glucose(2 hPG) and fasting insulin(FINS) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). After the abdominal vibration treatment, the patients with isolated impaired fasting glucose(i-IFG) and isolated glucose tolerance abnormality(i-IGT) were significantly increased in insulin sensitivity index(HOMA2-%S) and decreased insulin resistance index(HOMA2-IR)(P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: Abdominal vibration therapy can significantly reduce the levels of FPG and 2 hPG in patients with prediabetes, and the decrease of 2 hPG is more significant. The mechanism may be that abdominal vibration can improve insulin resistance and insulin sensitivity in patients.
