摘要
天癸是中医学特有的一个重要概念,是《黄帝内经》提出人体气、血、精、津液等之外的一种与生长、发育、生殖相关的物质。笔者在复述近年研究文献基础上,从天癸的本质、生理、特点、作用以及功能异常诊治等方面,探讨天癸与中医生殖的关系。认为天癸是物质与功能的统一体,具有激发、促进并维持人体生殖功能的作用,对人体正常生理、优生优育以及养生也有重要影响。结合现代研究进一步探讨天癸实质,将对于研究中医生殖学、遗传学、生理学以及优生学和养生学具有积极的推动作用。
Tiangui was an important concept in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). It was a kind of substance related to growth, development and reproduction. It was put forward in Inner Cannon of Huangdi inaddition to qi, blood and fluid in human body. Based on the retrospection of the literatures in recent years, the relationship between tiangui and TCM was discussed from the aspects of nature, physiology, characteristics, function and abnormal function, diagnosis and treatment of tiangui. It was believed that tiangui was a unity of matter and function. It had the function of stimulating, promoting and maintaining human reproductive. It also had an important influence on normal physiology, prenatal and postnatal care and health. It was suggested that the study of tiangui essence should be combined with modern research, which would play a positive role in the TCM study of genesiology, genetics, physiology, eugenics and health.
